SewerOwner has no contractor network. There is no list of providers behind this site, nothing is being routed anywhere, and no request you make here would reach a company.

Everything else on this site works regardless: you can organise what you know, prepare questions for a contractor or your operating authority, review inspection evidence, compare proposals you already hold, and print a project brief to take with you.

What happens after you submit
Nothing. There is no intake endpoint, no contractor network, and nowhere for a submission to go. This site deploys as static files with no server function of any kind, which is a verifiable fact about the build rather than a claim.
That is why this page asks for no name, no email address, and no phone number. Contact details that go nowhere are worse than no contact form.
